The work of breath
The five elements of qi gong serve as a guideline. Inspired by the seasons, it can be balanced between heaven and earth to feed on the vitality of nature: with the fall harvest, refocusing, with winter, interiority, depth, with the spring, deployment, extension, and with the summer, the fullness and joy.
This trip within these energy movement will be accompanied by a work on the sounds.
In the theory of five elements, each organ is associated with a feeling that felt too long, too intensely affects the body.
The method six healing sounds allow clean energy excess blocking or affecting organs and feed them a beneficial energy.
Each type of energy is also apprehended through specific exercises that allow to taste the flavor and effect, in harmony with what the culinary art, we reveal.
Feeding the seasons
Chinese tradition and traditions related to peasant working the land are particularly attention to the "characteristics" that car every season and influencing all the phenomena of nature including man. So our diet should reflect these seasonal characteristics and accompanies the movement to preserve good health.
We'll see how through simple and tasty recipes for everyday meals , the choice foods, their nature and flavor, cooking methods, feed energy each season and we eat based on it.
