After a first AG this morning at 10am, the MMSH is always open and classes will still take place, however students to support our movement and called the commoditization of class tomorrow to participate in the demonstration in Marseille
-
AG A staff of the faculty of letters it is also required: a call for the demonstration of 20 was launched. On the other hand, have personal decided to send representatives of their AG at the roundtable suggested by Mr. Cave the same day at 15.30 they want the immediate reopening of the facultée, but propose to hold a student meeting the same day that reopening, to discuss ways to boost engagement. They are still willing to discuss with management.
At this point, the news of the blockade and occupation of the site of Marseille St-Charles has arrived.
3 - The national coordination has Tours held at the weekend launched two calls: one for the demonstration of 20 November, the other is a call to students and high school students to rally Thursday, November 22.
Following an over-representation of a student union at the national coordination, a student wrote a motion that was passed in general meeting:
"We, students from Aix-en-Provence , General Meeting November 19, 2007, wish to strongly condemn the attitude of activists Unef at the National Coordination of Tours.
While Unef is non-existent locally, she finds a way to place its troops by sending false delegations, not mandated by their GAs.
These practices have consequences that may be very serious for the following: By refusing, by blocking all perspectives interprofessional working, they condemn the student movement to being a corporatist growls, and thus condemned to death . We
offusquons of these methods: the national coordination should not be the place where an organization would take the chestnuts out of fire by directing the mobilization, but the gathering of all general meetings together on clear mandates. Delegates then mandated must defend the mandate of their AG. But the activists Unef followed guidelines from the National Office.
We condemn these acts and call for the utmost vigilance students mobilized "
4 - The president called the representatives of students, teaching staff & BIATOSS and deans at a roundtable on theme "conditions for a quick reopening of the site Schuman "
The VPE (Vice President Student) said that the unions did not negotiate on behalf of the student movement at that meeting. The AG decided to appoint mandated to attend. Five people were eventually appointed, with a warrant requirement: requiring the reopening unconditionally and without any negotiation site Schuman, and the president of the university positions itself publicly against the LRU
5 - The event of 20 November (students will gather with the students in a "procession young")
6 - Several proposals were made: were passed:
- massively from St. Charles to help activists maintain the blocking of their site
- CA block that would occur until the reopening of the university
- organizing a meeting in Aachen after demo of 20 from then on to a lead, but undefined AG held by the committee action
- the next AG on Thursday at 24:30
was proposed reinvestment of college after GA but this was refused
The GA was quite disturbed by various insults, shouts, fights, we point out that whatever their origin, we condemn totally
