This association was created in April 2006.
Its primary purpose the meeting and around the production of artistic expression in rural areas.
In 2007 we proposed a workshop for live music mixing children, adolescents and adults has led the first festival Sylo in August 2007.
In 2008 we created the Silly Sylo's Band has since made numerous concerts and performances.
The 2010 festival will be the third edition since August 2009 we went to play in Spain.
We hope eventually to create a permanent place of artistic creation.
